We are delighted to welcome our new General Manager Lindsay, to the Padbury Education and Child Care Centre family.

With more than 10 years’ experience leading a similar early childhood education and care service, she brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators. Her commitment to creating nurturing and inspiring environments aligns beautifully with our vision of “Celebrating the Magic of Childhood.”

Lindsay is motivated by her belief that the early years provide the foundation for a child’s future learning, wellbeing, and success. She is passionate about ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to grow through meaningful relationships and engaging experiences.

Outside of work, she enjoys fine dining and travelling, and loves discovering new cultures, experiences, and ideas that inspire both personally and professionally.
